McQuarrie.cc is the home page for a small set of free/low-cost personal software projects, including Italian Flashcards, LapPacer, PrimeFilter, DocSearch (Portland, Oregon public records only), and SwimTeam. Each project is built and maintained independently; this site is just a directory pointing to them.

This site (mcquarrie.cc) itself doesn't use cookies or run any analytics — it's a static page. It does use a small amount of browser local storage to remember that you've dismissed the cookie notice, so it doesn't show again on your next visit.

Each linked project runs as its own separate site and may set its own cookies or use browser storage — for example, to keep you signed in or to measure site traffic with an analytics tool. Check the individual project's own site for details on what it uses. Payments and donations made via Stripe are also subject to Stripe's cookie policy.
